U.S. Exchanges & Returns

Please note: We are still experiencing slight delays in the processing of returns due to longer than normal return transit and return processing times. We are working to process all returns as quickly as possible, but your patience is greatly appreciated. 

We want you to feel amazing about all our products, so if for some reason you want to exchange or return your purchase, we've made it easy using our returns service.    Please see Rules & Process outlined below.

Making An Exchange or Return

Please email to returns@diademnyc.com and enter the email address that you used to place your order.  This same email address will then receive an email from us, containing a link to proceed with your return.  We make it easy to choose another size or color of the same item, or you can choose to simply return it for a refund.  You'll then receive a return shipping label from us via email!  

If you’d like to exchange your item(s) for other pieces altogether, please proceed with a normal return.  Upon processing your return request, you will be provided with an Instant Refund code. You can then use this code as a gift card on our site for any other item(s) and your new order will be shipped immediately!

Please use the return shipping label to ship your item(s) back to us within 7 calendar days.  We'll let you know when your return is received by us and processed!

Please note, we are only able to process returns that have been included in your return request directly through returns@diademnyc.com. If you have multiple requests recorded, we require each authorized return to be sent with its specific shipping label to allow for our system to process the return.  We are unable to process returns that are sent without the intended shipping label, or any returns that are not authorized and recorded by our team.   

If you did not include all returned items in your return request, please reach out directly to our customer support team at returns@diademnyc.com for more support. 

Return Rules

DIADEM NYC offers returns on  products shipped within the Contiguous United States only within 15 calendar days from when your order is shipped. 

We do not accept exchanges or returns for items shipped internationally.

All returns will have a $10 Handling fee which will be deducted from your refund (or store credit) and Cost of Return Freight if you want us to provide a return Shipping Label.  Return shipping is complimentary only if you are exchanging your item for a different size or color.

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and in unworn/unused condition with original tags and all packaging included.  

All FINAL SALE merchandise is not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

If you use all of the Instant Refund you are offered, your original form of payment will not be reimbursed once your return is processed. If you use a portion of the Instant Refund, your original form of payment will be reimbursed for the balance of the credit that was not used.  If you do not use this Instant Refund before your return is processed, it will expire.  

Only items purchased through Diademnyc.com may be exchanged or returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through our wholesale partners must be exchanged or returned to the place of purchase.

Approved exchanges and returns must be dropped off at your local USPS location within 1 week of receiving your return label.  Exchanges and returns dropped off after this 1 week window are subject to return-to-sender or merchandise credit.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your return is delivered to our facility to receive a refund confirmation.
